Our Chandigadh Twenty20 Cricket Association has been organizing Twenty20 Inter- Zonal/ Inter-club Cricket Tournaments in Chandigadh. Keeping in mind that in Chandigadh City hundred of cricket players are playing cricket but golden opportunities are less and hidden talents are surplus. Chandigadh City is a big region for playing cricket. Chandigadh Twenty20 Cricket Association (CTCA-028-N.Z) is big official/legal platform for these neglected surplus talented poor cricket players from all over Chandigadh who cannot avail any opportunity to come forward to play official cricket and serve the Territory and Country through their cricket talent. These surplus players i.e from Government Schools, Village and Small Town Street waste their time, money and talent by playing involve by playing under false/fake associations/club/academies, and even most players involve in human smuggling and spoil their future.

The only motive of these above referred fake associations/club/academies, is to collect the money from these innocent players. As you are aware, there is great desire in Chandigadh youth to settle down abroad by hook and crook, which is exploited by these fake associations/club/academies.

Chandigarh is a big tri city,  The surrounding districts are of Mohali, Patiala and Ropar in Punjab and Panchkula and Ambala in Haryana. The boundary of the state of Himachal Pradesh are not too far from its north.Our Chandigadh Twenty20 Cricket Association (CTCA-021-P-005-N.Z) is affiliated with Punjab State Twenty20 Cricket Association (PSTCA-005-N.Z)1http://www.pstca20.com/ Our Association Code Number is 021 allotted by PSTCA-005-N.Z. Our Association is registered with Registrar of Societies under 1860 Society Act.

In this context, we submit that 4  Zonal  Units have been with CTCA-021-P-005-N.Z i.e Zone-I Zone-II, Zone-III and Zone-IV. Every Zone is having 10 Clubs each. All Zones have been conducting Inter-Zone Twenty20 Tournaments of Senior & Junior levels i.e. 16/20/25 and Seniors on rotation basis. Out of each Zone, top two teams i.e champions & runners up play for Chandigadh Inter Zone Twenty20 Cricket championship for Senior & Junior Level. The controlling Authority of every Zone is Liaison Officer (L. O), the appointment of whom is  made for two years by CTCA-021-P-005-N.Z.These units are also in process of registration of their concern Zones under one registration number of CTCA-021 . These 4 Zonal Units have further 20 affiliated cricket clubs. These Zonal Units conduct Twenty20 Cricket Tournaments within their area so as to promote the Twenty20 Cricket from grass-roots level in Zones from every corner of Chandigarh tricity.
